After an excellent breakfast with French toasts at (need to put the name here) it was already time to go: only 72 miles today, it is a "recovery ride" compared to the previous day.

I can t thank you enough our trusted support crew (here Aubrey and Rebecca), who have taken the load off of us so we can ride without 40 pounds on our back...

Back on the road, we cross our friends again, and the ever changing colors of the vast plains for Montana.

Here is how our morning pit stop looks like. It is a good time to chat with fellow riders, crack jokes with the support crew, and take some carbs to help fuel our body until lunch time.

Lunch! If there is something you will never lack thereof on this ride, this is food (and you need a lot of it to complete the 400+ miles). The Livingston crew surpassed themselves (we even had some hot soup) and we had lunch in the beautiful setting of the Judge's ranch. Thanks again to all the Casa supporters we met along the way: we could not have done it without you.

How enjoyable is that?

Back on the road again...

We finally arrive to Livingston, just when it started to rain: just in time!

Passed by Brian and Pam, office Manager for Casa. Thanks so much guys for supporting us the whole way!!!

In Livingston, we had a bus to go for dinner... (it was nice to put to rest these legs!!)
It also was kind of fun to see that after 350 miles we were transported in the Senior and Disable Van!!

After a benediction,

we eat

...and are merry. We just have one more leg to complete the trip to Gardiner... There is a spirit of celebration in the air... and Rick has a hard time holding us up to the traditional review of the upcoming trip (every day, we receive a little card that shows us the way for the day after)

We will see if Kate and Carolyn wake up with a headache the day after...

Last but not least, on a more serious note. Bob Worthington, one of our most experienced rider had a an accident the prior day. It was totally unexpected and his helmet protected him from a serious head injury. Cinthia also had an accident arriving in Livingston. Again, the helmet protected her. Never bike without a helmet, it is not worth it to have a crack in your head.
